Dreams, Dreams,

what are dreams to me?

They shower me with victory,

and wish me good luck while

I’m on my way to being successful

in life.

Dreams to me walk me down the right path

to a great successful college, 

that gives me more knowledge and experience.

Dreams lead you on the path to success,

and to a good education.

And not to a bad place where some people don’t care.

But I can tell you right now, 

don’t follow bad kids just because they act cool

and wear cool clothes.

Follow your heart and make your dreams come true,

because dreams are a good thing to think about in middle school.

And if you work hard and make good choices,

your dreams will come true.

I promise you that if you study and listen in class,

those dreams will finally become a reality and not

just a dream.

Dreams are important to me,

because I don’t hang out with the wrong crowd.

You’re going to make your dreams come true.

To teachers and parents, 

you have taught and raised me the best that you could,

so now let me prove to you that my dreams will come true.

So when you get home,

ask your parents if they

ever had a dream when they were little.

And maybe their dream came true,

just by having you,

and having a family with you in it.
